Request for Exchange

We understand how important food satisfaction is to maintaining results on the Trim360 program. Because we want you to be successful, we will gladly exchange any of your Trim360 products within 30 days of purchase.

In order to receive an exchange, the following criteria must apply:

1. All boxes and packaging must be completely sealed.
2. You may only receive an exchange for items of equal or less value to the originally purchased product.
3. You must complete and return this form within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange.
4. Product must be returned in the same condition as it was originally sold.
5. You will be responsible for the shipping charges on all exchanges and the charge will be applied to the credit card used upon initial purchase.

To ensure shipment tracking on returned items, it is strongly recommended that you choose a shipping company that provides a tracking number to avoid lost items.
