Mens Diabetic

Weight Loss Program For Men with Type 2 Diabetes.
1300 Calories/day; 80-105g protein/Day

Meal plan with the lowest glycemic index (the rate of increase of glucose levels in the blood) for optimal blood sugar control. Contact your health care practitioner prior to starting your program, as your diabetic medication dose may need to be decreased. For Men that exercise 3+ times a week.
