Womens Diabetic

For Women with Type 2 Diabetes.
Our lowest glycemic index foods. 1200 calories/day 80-105g Protein/Day

Meal plan with the lowest glycemic index (the rate of increase of glucose levels in the blood) for optimal blood sugar control. Contact your health care practitioner prior to starting your program, as your diabetic medication dose may need to be decreased. Diabetes is a complication of excessive weight and can be effectively controlled by weight loss. Freedom from diabetes is a very reachable goal with proper guidance and support.

Womens Active

For Women that exercise 3+ times a week.
1300 calories/day 100-120g Protein/Day

The calorie levels needed to support physically active lifestyles are higher, therefore this plan includes additional 100 calories per day (~ 1300 calories/day). With the added energy source, protein and other nutrients, this weight loss program is effective and gentle on your body.
